			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Diet </strong>is only one approach to healthy <strong>weight loss</strong>. <strong>Exercise </strong>is another equally important component.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It appears that <strong>low-carb</strong>, <strong>high protein diets</strong> are not as popular as they once used to be. However researches are still interested in finding out if low carb diet is better than low fat diet ?. One of the recent studies published in <em>Archives of internal medicine </em>suggests that there may be benefits and disadvantages to both the choices</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The study found that  in short term low carb dieters lost more than low fat dieters , but the differences were not as significant after first year.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Even though low carb diet increased the <strong>HDL (good cholesterol)</strong>, it also increased the <strong>LDL (bad cholesterol)</strong>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Study also found that even though more people were able to stick with low carb diet, after about an year – it was difficult for people to continue their diets.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So is their a best way to loose weight ?  It depends on your nature, if you have the tenacity to continue with regular regimen of <strong>healthy eating</strong> and <strong>exercise </strong>and enjoy the process then you may be able to <strong>loose weight</strong> and also <strong>tone your body</strong>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Get a good balance of <strong>good carbs</strong> – fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains. Also get a <strong>good fats</strong> from olive oil and avocados. And don’t forget <strong>yoga poses </strong>or other form of <a href="http://www.remedynatural.com/exercise/fitness-exercise-for-healthy-living/" title="exercise for fitness"><strong>exercise</strong></a>.</p>
